Welcome to the website of the Warnecke Ranch & Vineyards on historic Chalk Hill. Our property on the Russian River in the Alexander Valley has been in the family for 100 years. We grow grapes that are sold to award-winning wineries, maintain a shared residential community of beautiful homes for long-term rentals, and run a non-profit artist residency.
