Steelhead Fish release on the Warnecke Ranch!

This is the second year that the 3rd graders from The Alexander Valley Elementary are releasing steelhead fry into the Russian River, from the beach on the Warnecke Ranch. They are learning to be stewards of the land and care for our environment and rivers. We were joined by Russian River Keeper to share his knowledge with the children.
